Why do I have oily hair?
In the case of hair, one of the great discomforts is having it excessively greasy, since it does not allow us to show clean hair for many days, and excess oil causes us to wear hair without light, without shine and that we feel the need to wash it continuously. The excess of fat in the hair is due to the large amount of this matter generated by the scalp, something very similar to what happens to many people with the skin, especially the face. In addition, fine hair is prone to excess fat, as are people who eat a lot of fat and fried foods, since excess oil helps to create fat in the hair. But on many occasions it is also due to poor hair hygiene, not using the necessary products for our hair type or hormonal causes.

Dry shampoos are a good alternative to space the time between washes more and to be able to wash the hair, for example, once every two days, being the one in the middle that we wash with dry shampoos. These dry shampoos come in the form of powders that are placed on the scalp and left to rest for a few minutes to later brush and the excess oil has disappeared.
